Participant's Obligations:

• Attendance

  • I commit to attending all scheduled classes and workshops for the duration of my enrollment.

• Payment

  • I understand and agree to pay the monthly tuition fee according to the agreed-upon payment plan.

• Monthly Renewal

  • This agreement is on a month-to-month basis. It will automatically renew each month unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior. The monthly tuition fee may be subject to changes as determined by Alchemy Breaking Academy, with notice provided at least 30 days in advance of any price change.

Academy's Obligations:

• Instruction

  • The Academy will provide comprehensive and high-quality instruction during the program.

• Resources

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to provide necessary learning materials and support.

• Termination

  • Participant Termination: I may choose to terminate my participation by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. No refund will be provided for partial months.

  • Termination by the Academy: The Academy reserves the right to terminate my participation if I violate the code of conduct or disrupt the learning environment. No refund or reimbursement will be provided in such cases.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel enrollment in the Alchemy Breaking Academy program, participants must provide a written cancellation notice via email to info@alchemybreaking.com at least 30 days prior. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
